Cancellation Policy

• Service Deployment Cancellation: Clients can request the cancellation of a security contract or guard deployment by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the scheduled deployment date.

•How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be sent via email to our official support address: hq@vjsecurity.co.in. Phone cancellations will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: If a valid cancellation request is received and accepted within the 7-day notice period, the advance payment will be refunded after a minimal deduction of 10% administrative and processing charges.

• Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

o If the cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the deployment date.

o For security guards or Personal Security Officers (PSOs) who have already been deployed at the site.

o For services that have already been completed or partially rendered.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Once a refund request is approved by VJ Security management, the amount will be automatically credited back to the customer's original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) used during the transaction.

•The refund will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the banking partner's processing cycle.
